Fave recipe: Sponge Cake

Sekarangaku mau share resep sponge cake favorite ya.. kenapa resep ini bisa jadi favorite? karena jarang banget gagal hehehehe…

Yup, I often failed to bake sponge cake, teksturnya kadang terlalu berpasir, kering atau kurang lembut hahahhaha

Sponge cake bisa dipakai sebagai cake dasar beragam kue: tiramisu, fruit cheese cake, petite cake dll

Resep ini diambil dari tips from Yummy(R) – waktu demo cheese cake:

150gr gula castor

5 btr telur

125 gr tepung terigu protein sedang

25gr maizena

50gr mentega (cairkan)

Cara membuat: kocok telur dan gula halus sampai mengembang, lalu masukkan tepung terigu dan maizena, aduk rata, lalu masukkan butter cair, aduk sampai semua bahan tercampur rata.

Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang diameter 24cm yang sudah dialasi kertas roti. Panggang selama 20 menit dengan suhu + 180C.
